Imagine a sauna puffing smoke out of the chimney with some nice seating area and some people getting in etc.
Manx hills in the background, maybe a bit of the ocean in view. Point of Ayre side fields?

Detoxification:
Sweating in a sauna helps your body rid itself of toxins. The high temperatures promote deep sweating, which helps flush out heavy metals, chemicals, and other waste products from the body, supporting detoxification efforts.

What to Expect.
We'd recommend you arrive 5 minutes early to your session so you can get changed, and be ready to enter the sauna when it's your slot. There will always be someone manning the sauna to help you with timings so you receive the full experience.
An hour may seem long, but trust us, the time flies. You don't spend the full hour in the sauna, because to boost the experience you should aim to sit in for 5-15 mins, exit the sauna, have a cold water rinse using the shower (or jump in the ocean), and then return to the heat. This dramatically improves the effects the sauna has on your body.
Once your hour is up you will feel absolutely amazing, and this effect will carry on for a few hours, if not set you up for the rest of the week.
Relax, rejuvenate, and revitalise.
See you at there!
